Rather than ask you to return the coffee/product, it is likely that after evaluation we will offer replacement coffee/product or a full refund.
Damages and issues
If there is any damage to the product, you have received the wrong product or any other issues please contact us via e-mail so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return e-mail, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any refund.
